What You’ll Find at Sinton & Sons

At Sinton & Sons, our shops are built around one simple idea: great meat, cut the right way, from animals raised the right way.

We work directly with Central Coast ranchers to bring in pasture-raised beef, pork, and chicken—but what you’ll see in our cases goes well beyond that.

Every day, our counters are stocked with all the options you can find in a grocery store too, like big juicy, grainfed ribeyes, New York strips, and tender filets, along with tri-tips, roasts, and everyday cuts you can cook any night of the week. Whether you’re firing up the grill or planning a weekend dinner, we cut everything fresh and can portion exactly what you need.

Old-School Butcher Shop, Done Right

We still believe in doing things the traditional way. That means:

  • Whole animal butchery

  • Cutting steaks by hand, not pulling them out of a box

  • Helping you choose the right cut (and how to cook it)

  • Variety of cuts that you can’t find in any grocery store or other butcher shop (flat iron, flank, skirt steak, osso buco, short ribs, top sirloins and more)

  • Come in for local and fresh ground beef and ancestral or primal ground beef (mixed with heart and liver for increased nutrients)

  • Pre-marinated and ready to cook items; Try our special Steve’s Steak! Or take home a local favorite Santa Maria Style Tri-Tip, buttery garlic Tri-Tip or a weekly special.

  • If you’re on a budget we also offer bulk boxes of cuts that will make your dollar go further.

If you’ve ever wanted to walk into a butcher shop and actually talk to a butcher, this is that place.

House-Made Sausages

Our sausage program is one of the things we’re most proud of. Made in-house, you’ll find a rotating lineup that includes:

  • Sweet and Spicy Italian

  • Old World Swiss

  • Classic bratwurst

  • Jalapeño cheddar

  • Chorizo

  • Lots more, including seasonal or specialty flavors depending on the week

Everything is made with the same attention to quality as our fresh cuts—no shortcuts, just real ingredients. We also produce house-made jerky and smoked items, perfect for road trips, snacks, or something a little different.

Something a Little Different

Beyond beef, pork, and chicken, we regularly carry harder-to-find meats like: Rabbit, Duck, Quail, liver, heart, tongue and more. These are the kinds of products you won’t find in a typical grocery store—and they’re a big part of bringing variety and tradition back to the table.

Local Wine, Right Alongside Your Meat

We’ve also curated a selection of small, local Central Coast wines to pair with what you’re cooking. It’s not a full wine shop—but it’s intentional. Good bottles, from local producers, chosen to go with great food. Grab a couple steaks, pick up a bottle, and you’re set. Some of the wineries we support are Avenales Ranch, Field Recordings, Outward and Wilbur.
